Our process begins by surveying numerous large tracts of land. We look for natural beauty. Proximity to the city is important, we want to be close enough — but far enough away. We tour many properties, and are very selective about which ones we acquire.

Upon acquisition we begin land planning studies with our engineering team to deliver a property that is low density and maintains a rural feel. When creating a Balcones community, we determine the most beneficial way to divide the land into individual parcels while preserving the lands natural beauty and features.

We help people achieve the aspiration of having a ranch in the country without having all of the expense and responsibility that comes along with purchasing and maintaining a large ranch. Lot sizes typically range from 5 to 50+ acres.
